United Kingdom (UK)

  • Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to VAT and customs fees.
  • The buyer is responsible for any additional import costs.

United States (US)

  • Orders valued under $800 USD are generally duty-free and not subject to additional customs fees.
  • For orders above $800, import duties may apply based on US Customs regulations.

Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived on time or you couldn’t pick it up when delivered, please follow these steps:

  • Check at the Nearest Post Station or Pickup Point: Your package might be held there.
  • Contact Local Courier Services:
    Reach out to your local postal office, Omiva, DPD, Itella, DHL, or other relevant service providers to see if they still have your package and if you can retrieve it.
  • If the Package is Being Returned:
    If the package is in the process of being sent back to us, please contact us, and we will assist you further.

  • Check Your Email:
    Look for the shipping confirmation email from Árija skincare in your inbox.
  • Find the Tracking Number:
    Locate the tracking number within the email.
  • Track Online:
    Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the delivery status of your order.

If  you have not received your tracking number or if it’s not functioning  correctly, please contact Árija skincare customer service at info@arijaskincare.com for assistance.

If your order has been damaged during shipping or lost by the courier, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

When reaching out to our support team, please include the following details:

  • Order number
  • For damaged products:
    Clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box.

  • For damaged products: You can submit a request within two weeks after delivery.
  • For lost orders: Requests must be submitted within two weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If an order is returned to us (the sender) due to an unsuccessful delivery, our team will contact you directly to arrange the next steps.
