Welcome to Árija Skincare.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.arijaskincare.com and the purchase of products through our platform.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, you should not use this website.
That’s the deal.
1. General Information
Árija Skincare is an independent skincare brand operated by a private individual.
We offer a curated selection of skincare products, fulfilled via a dropshipping model with manufacturing and logistics based in Latvia.
We currently only sell and ship to selected countries listed under Section 7.
We do not offer subscription services at this time.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Euros (€).
Payments are processed securely via Stripe / WooCommerce Payments.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
VAT Policy:
As a non-registered business, prices displayed include VAT costs incurred during the manufacturing process.
No additional VAT will be added during checkout.
3. Product Information
All products are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content are 100% error-free.
Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing adjustments.
Products are intended for adults.
We do not recommend using Árija Skincare products on children under 12 years old.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping details, including estimated delivery times, costs, customs duties, and restrictions, are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Some products may not be available in certain countries due to regulatory restrictions (e.g., FDA limitations in the US).
Customers are responsible for checking local regulations before ordering.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our return policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations and manufacturer terms.
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects or damage during delivery
- Incorrect items delivered
- Non-conformity with product description
To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless defect is internal).
Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@arijaskincare.com with photo evidence.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.
Please note: We do not accept returns for general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or misuse of the product.
6. Promotions & Discounts
We may offer promotional codes or discounts.
These are valid only within the specified timeframe and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
7. Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States (select products only).
We reserve the right to update the list of eligible countries without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product names, descriptions, branding, logos, images, and written content,
is the intellectual property of Árija Skincare.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Árija Skincare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising out of or related to the use of our products or website.
Products are used at the customer’s own risk.
We recommend patch testing and reviewing ingredient lists before use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, Latvian law.
Disputes shall be resolved via email correspondence first.
If unresolved, further steps may be taken through small claims court or relevant legal channels.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
